Suzette Schafer brings a 25 year career as an executive and independent consultant in the Home Entertainment industry,  serving as a senior sales executive in charge of national accounts for several major studios including Hit Entertainment, USA Films/PolyGram, Sony Pictures, Turner Home Entertainment and Orion Home Video.  As a specialist in faith and family entertainment, she also played an integral role in the home video, television and theatrical launches of many widely-known feature films, including The Lost Medallion, WWJD, No Greater Love, Fireproof, Facing the Giants, Secrets of Jonathan Sperry, Billy: The Early Years, The Way Home, and most recently Max Lucado’s The Christmas Candle.  She has launched several faith-based divisions, including  Genius/The Weinstein’s and most recently Image Entertainment’s faith division – Slingshot Pictures.  She, along with her husband, Charlie, also produced the Emmy-nominated film The Heart of Christmas.

Suzette has built strategic home entertainment relationships with major retailers, including Walmart, Target, Family Christian, Lifeway, Amazon, Netflix and more. Prior to founding PDSM, she served as Senior Vice President of GT Media/Vivendi sales divisions, overseeing home entertainment and fitness media, selling through all channels of retail inclusive of Mass, Clubs, Electronic/  Music, Booksellers, Grocery, Drug, Internet, Catalog, and Video Distribution, to include Walmart, Sam’s Club and K- Mart, with combined revenues that produced over 51% of the company’s sales revenue.
